Growing up in southern New Jersey, I became a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. My husband Bruce graduated to Heaven in 1989 after a battle with cancer when my children were young, and I was a single mom for 15 years. I remarried in 2004 to my husband Ted who also graduated to Heaven in 2023 after battling a neurological disorder called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP.)
I am a grandmother of 12 terrific grandchildren, the oldest of which was married in 2024 and made me a great-grandmom in 2025! I am also a Cavachon “mommy.”
I love life, and I love people. God has given me great organizational skills, a love for reading, proofreading talent, and the desire to excel in all that I do.
I began my real estate career in NJ in 2002. After marrying my husband Ted and moving to MD in 2004, I became licensed in MD and DE, working in all 3 states at the same time. I went out of the business briefly in 2012 and then reinstated only my DE license in 2016. In 2024 I moved to the Adirondacks in upstate New York with my daughter and then added a NY real estate license.
Here’s how I became a Transaction Coordinator: In 2019, I became a contributing member of a fantastic real estate team in DE, and I took on the role of Transaction Coordinator for that team. As I grew into this position, I found that I really love keeping all the details straight for everyone, and I decided to branch out and provide Transaction Coordinator Services to other agents outside my team.
As a licensed real estate agent myself, I bring with my services the first-hand knowledge of real estate documents and processes in ways that other unlicensed TCs may not. I pride myself on keeping confidentiality and trust in all the transactions I handle for others. I promise to always handle the timelines and details and leave the appropriate negotiations to you.
